STRESS

Forget senioritis. This year has been the most tiring/stressful of college so far. Between classes and work and activities and family, there hasn't been much time to me to just sit and breathe.
When you throw yourself wholeheartedly into projects and work, it's really important to remember to just breathe

It's such a simple thing, taking a second to have a breather, but sometimes the work piles up and deadlines are looming and professors get wrapped up in assigning things and it's easy to forget. 

For the last two months, I've forgotten. It took a jarring event last week to get force me to stop and realize that I've been letting everything pass me by. Friends, family, fun events. I wasn't making time for any of it. And that's so bad. 

No matter how much work you have, carve out a minute or two every day, or even a couple hours on the weekend, to just do what you want to do. Your health and sanity are so important. 

I'm starting to learn that (finally) and hope I can enjoy what's left of fall and my time in school.
